Delete your account
Signed-in members can delete their Reception account immediately in the app or on the web: open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm. This signs out every device and cannot be undone.
What deletion does
Reception revokes active sessions and removes or de-identifies the member profile, contact information, biography, social links, profile photo, and membership access. Transaction, security, event-entry, and legal records may be retained only when required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, safety, or other legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified under our retention schedule.
Delete an application or get help
If you cannot sign in, or you only submitted an application, send a verified deletion request below using the email address associated with Reception. We will contact you to verify the request before deleting information.
